Heavy Duty Ramp - $125
Our ramp matches the width of your double door. It is constructed of pressure treated lumber for durability, and is essential for storing lawnmowers, and any other heavy items.
24" Deep Workbench - $125
Our work bench runs the full width of the shed and is 24" deep. Perfect for a potting bench or tool bench. It also can be used as a nice storage shelf for boxes.
36" Deep Loft - $125
Our storage loft runs the full width of the shed and is 36" deep. It is a great way to save floor space. Use it for bulky items like Christmas decorations or patio cushions.

Additional 18x27" Windows - $125ea
Windows are available in white or brown. The bottom portion slides up and down and they have removable screens. Sheds up to 80sq ft include one window. Sheds over 80sq ft include two windows

Our standard pitch is 22.5 degrees also known as a 5/12 pitch. We offer a 31.6 degree pitch which is between a 7/12 and an 8/12 pitch.

We offer custom painting of your sheds. If you would like different color than the standard tan. We use Sherwin-Williams Paint.
Extra Set Of Double Doors - $300
Sometimes customers may want two sets of double doors for easier access into the shed. Price covers 4ft or 5ft doors.
Roll-up Overhead Door - $1000
Price is for 6' wide roll up door.

Need a single door on another side of the building? We have you covered with a 32" or 36" single door.
Bottom Skirting - $4 - per board ft
Bottom Skirting is a beautiful way to cover the gap between the ground and the bottom of the shed. We use 5/4 Decking board to cover the space. We also offer lattice as a skirting option.
Insulation - $3 Per sq ft of Insulated Space
We can insulate your floors, walls, and ceiling. All insulated surfaces will include a moisture barrier. If you plan to insulate later, please consider having us insulate the floors. They will be almost impossible to access for insulating later.
36" House-Style Entry Door with Handle and Deadbolt - $500
Bottom PVC Trim - $100-$250
PVC Trim installed along the bottom of the Smartside Panels. Cost is dependent upon the size of the Shed.
Electrical Prewire Kit - $250
Electrical prewire kit includes wiring, boxes, switches, receptacles, switch and receptacle covers, and light boxes in the ceiling. The kit includes 1 switch, 2 receptacles, and 2 light boxes. Customer provided lights can be installed at no charge. Electrical is not connected to a power source.
